f you’re planning a vegan food trip to Las Vegas, don’t just stick to the Strip—some of the best plant-based spots are actually a little outside the chaos, and they are 100% worth the drive.
Here are my must-stop vegan restaurants in Las Vegas, ranked and reviewed from my experience:
Daikon Vegan Sushi
This is hands down my number one vegan sushi spot in Las Vegas. It’s fully 100% plant-based and honestly one of the best vegan sushi restaurants I’ve ever tried anywhere.
Everything feels fresh, creative, and thoughtfully made. The rolls are packed with flavor, the presentation is beautiful, and it doesn’t feel like “substitute sushi”—it just feels like really good sushi. It is a bit of a drive off the Strip, but it’s absolutely worth stepping away from the chaos for this experience. If you love sushi, this place is a must.
Chef Kenny's Vegan Dim Sum
Chef Kenny’s is another standout and a must-visit—especially if you love Asian vegan cuisine. The dim sum here is incredible and something you really don’t find many places.
The menu is big, so there’s a lot to try, but I honestly recommend going more than once on a trip because there’s no way you’ll get through everything in one visit. The dumplings, buns, and creative vegan takes on classic dishes are all packed with flavor. It’s a little outside the Strip as well, but this is one of those places you plan your day around.
BLACKOUT Dining in the Dark
This is a completely different kind of dining experience. At BLACKOUT, you eat in total darkness, which completely changes how you experience food.
The menu changes, so you never quite know exactly what you’ll get, but that’s part of the fun. Without visuals, you really focus on taste, texture, and who you’re with. It’s also a great break from screens—no phones, no distractions, just pure sensory experience. It’s fun, a little strange at first, but definitely memorable.
(Sadly no photos because your eating in the dark!)
Tacotarian is one of the most accessible vegan spots in Vegas, with locations both on and off the Strip. It’s casual, colorful, and full of options.
They serve vegan Mexican food with tons of variety—tacos, nachos, burritos, and loaded plates. Everything is easy to share and great for groups. It’s not just “good for vegan food,” it’s genuinely good food, period. It’s a solid go-to when you want something fast, flavorful, and satisfying.
Modern Vegan
Modern Vegan is all about comfort food and big portions. This is the kind of place you go when you’re hungry and want options.
The menu is huge—burgers, breakfast plates, pasta, and classic American-style comfort dishes made completely vegan. The portions are generous, so you definitely won’t leave hungry. It’s not far from the Strip either, which makes it a convenient stop.
Las Vegas actually has a really strong vegan food scene once you go beyond just the Strip. From sushi to dim sum to immersive dining experiences, there’s a lot more variety than people expect.
But if I had to choose my absolute must-visits? Daikon Vegan Sushi and Chef Kenny’s Vegan Dim Sum are the two I’d plan my entire trip around.
